When a client contacted us about remodeling her newly purchased condominium, we faced a space that was charming in potential but outdated in reality. Our goal was to transform the unit into a modern, open, and inviting home.
We began by reconfiguring the layout to enhance both function and flow. One of the most significant changes was removing a wall in the kitchen, which allowed us to connect the space with the dining and living areas. This not only expanded the kitchen but also created a more cohesive and spacious environment.
Our renovation efforts included installing new, high-quality flooring throughout the condo, which instantly refreshed the space. We also undertook a major upgrade by removing the old stipple ceiling and replacing it with a sleek, smooth finish that complements the modern aesthetic.
In addition to updating the floors and ceilings, we enhanced the climate control of the condo by upgrading the furnace to a state-of-the-art heat pump, providing more efficient and consistent heating and cooling.
Both bathrooms received a complete overhaul. We replaced an outdated tub with a contemporary shower in one, while adding luxurious heated floors in both washrooms for added comfort.
To top it all off, we painted the entire condo in a palette of fresh, modern colors, bringing a cohesive and vibrant new look to the space.
From the new finishes and thoughtful touches to the structural improvements, we delivered a stunning transformation that turned the old condo into a beautiful, modern home tailored to our client's vision.
