Finished late summer, this insulated sunroom features James Hardie siding, a metal roof, and shiplap interior walls. A wraparound western red cedar deck with aluminum railing extends the space outdoors.

We turned what was once unused space into a full living area — complete with a legal bedroom (egress window), rec room, arcade room, office, and all-new flooring. Perfect setup for a growing family in their new home.

Throwback to one of our 2024 condo transformations ✨
This project started as a dated 1980s two-bedroom unit that needed a full refresh from top to bottom. We reworked parts of the layout, replaced all flooring, installed a new custom kitchen, updated the electrical throughout, and completely redid both bathrooms, the laundry room, and both bedrooms. The finishing touch — custom millwork carried through the entire space — tied everything together for a clean, cohesive look.

This bungalow renovation includes a full main floor update with a new kitchen, hardwood floors, trim, a new fireplace, and a complete electrical upgrade. We also removed three walls to open up the space and finished the basement with a rec room. Swipe through to see the results.

Here are 2 bathrooms we completed in a house in September. The ensuite fixtures were relocated to accommodate a new soaker tub. The main bathroom was updated as well to keep the same style throughout the house.

This is a bathroom renovation we completed a month ago. It was a full redo, including adding a double sink vanity, creating a larger shower, and removing a soaker tub that was not being used to create an extra closet space.

We just finished this deck. The cedar and the black aluminum rail combination looks great. This house had no direct door access to the backyard, so we removed an existing window and installed a patio door. The last photo shows the old window and the old 'stone throw' stucco.

This is a garage that was rotting into the ground. Because it was built on the property line, it's not possible to rebuild. We shore it up, cut the rot out, replace the sill plates, level it, plumb it, and then we cast a steel reinforced footing in place. After that we can do the finishing. In this case, we used LP Smartside for the siding, soffit, fascia, and the custom double side door. The last two photos show how crooked it was, then when we have it stored up.

We finished this basement last year. It was a complete gut with a new layout for a family room, bathroom, office/bedroom, laundry, and storage. New ductwork to accommodate more head room, R20 spray foam, and heated floor in the bathroom makes it extra comfortable!
