What’s behind the finish matters.

These clients narrowly avoided a major fire behind their fireplace—a reminder of why following the manufacturer’s installation instructions, required standoffs, and clearances is so important.

We removed the previous contractor’s drywall, framing, and strapping, re-insulated, and rebuilt everything laser level and plumb. We then installed cement board followed by large format porcelain tile, with carefully mitred corners for a clean, continuous finish.

Transformed both front entrances in Kemble with MoistureShield composite decking and a Regal ideas aluminum railing system. Custom-built over the existing uneven concrete steps to create level, uniform walking surfaces and a clean, welcoming finish.

Another Owen Sound deck taking shape! 🔨

The new structure is fully framed and the deck boards are going down. A lot of work goes into the parts you don’t see when the project is finished — proper layout, solid framing, and attention to detail from the ground up.

A solid deck rebuild can completely change the look and usability of a backyard.

For this project, we stripped things back and gave the existing space a much-needed refresh with new pressure-treated decking, rebuilt stairs, clean picture-frame details, and a modern horizontal privacy railing.

The footprint still works — it just needed some new life brought back into it.
