is a civil engineering firm based in Peterborough, Ontario that provides municipal engineering services to public and private sector clients. The firm was founded by Paul Hurley and Aaron Hill, two professional engineers who wanted to create a responsive, client-focused firm that provides personalized service. The foundation for the firm is our Core Values which guide us in what we do. Engage offers a full range of civil engineering services to support municipal infrastructure projects including survey, design, project management and contract administration. Our firm can guide any project from the conceptual stage through to construction. What if one of the smartest ways to manage stormwater is right beneath our feet?

Not all infrastructure is visible, and underground stormwater infiltration chambers are a perfect example.

Installed beneath roads, parking lots, and other developed spaces, these systems collect stormwater runoff and allow it to gradually soak into the surrounding soil, helping reduce surface runoff and replenish groundwater.

The best part? They do their job underground, leaving valuable space above for the places and activities our communities rely on.

There's a lot happening on a project site long before you see the finished result.

Our team relies on precise surveying equipment to capture the information needed to support engineering design and construction.

It takes technical expertise, attention to detail, and sometimes a willingness to work in less-than-perfect weather!

Breaking Ground in Douro-Dummer!

The Township of Douro-Dummer has officially broken ground on its new Joint Public Works and Fire Hall facility, an important investment in the community's infrastructure and emergency services.

We are proud to be part of this project, providing engineering and project management services, including preliminary design, stormwater management, and detailed engineering drawings.

This new facility will bring Public Works and Fire Services together under one roof, supporting the Township's growing needs and enhancing services for the community.

Congratulations to the Township of Douro-Dummer and everyone involved in reaching this exciting milestone! We look forward to seeing this project come to life.

Nothing beats a little team fun for a great cause!

Yesterday, team Engage had a great time taking part in the Softball Tournament hosted by D.M. Wills Associates Limited in support of BGC Kawarthas.

It was a fun afternoon spent alongside other local organizations, connecting outside the office and coming together to support the community we’re proud to be part of.

A big thank you to DM Wills for organizing the tournament and bringing everyone together for such a great cause!

Jason and Luke enjoyed a round of golf alongside Evan and Laura from The Biglieri Group.

It was a great opportunity to connect with industry peers, catch up outside the office, and enjoy a beautiful day on the course.

A big thank you to Peterborough County & City of Kawartha Lakes (PCCKL) Public Works Association for inviting us out for a great day on the golf course! ⛳️

We had a fantastic time at the tournament, and it was great to share the day with Kyle Darling from the County of Peterborough and Craig Brooks from Otonabee-South Monaghan.

Great company, plenty of laughs, and a little friendly competition made for a pretty great day on the course.

Thanks again to PCCKL for putting together such a great event. We’re already looking forward to the next one! ⛳️
