Hello! from 1 Fine Floor . We are a family run concrete flooring and restoration company. I have 20+ years working in this industry . I have always wanted to make it so that a properly installed garage floor was practical and affordable to any home owner with a garage. We are offering many options with our up front pricing and installation service.

1\2 - box of fleck - $100.00
1.5 - gallons of epoxy- $90.00
I .0 - 5 lb bag of surface repair/crack material - $45
1.0 - gallons of polyaspartic - $105.00
Floor preparation - $400.00

3 - gallons of epoxy- $180.00

If you would like to pick up your own materials you can deduct and additional. $75. 00
If you have a badly damaged floor that has spalling corroded over the entire surface and will require resurfacing , it is easily repaired and cost effective. Here are the following prices for resurfacing:
1 car - $350.00
2 car - $700.00
3 car - $1050.00
The Resurfacing process is to grind , vacuum repair cracks . Apply latex or epoxy bonding agent . Apply self leveling concrete. This ensures a mechanical bond and looks brand new post application of a new flooring system.

I will be conducting a in person Installation of a 2- car garage at my home on Saturday April 17 2022.
