We are pleased to share a recent project update that reflects the level of quality and expertise our team brings to every build.

Our scope on this project is nearing completion, which has included:

-Installation of an EPDM flat roof with custom-bent 24-gauge “Painted Corten” fascia with parapet

-Premium window, hinged door, and patio slider installation
(3 extra Windows have been ordered, and are waiting on delivery)

-Application of 24-gauge “Painted Corten” architectural panel siding and precision-crafted trims

Each element was completed with a focus on durability, aesthetics, and long-term performance—standards we bring to all of our commercial and residential projects.
