Not the flashiest part of the build—but one of the most important.

We’re wrapping up the retaining wall on this infill project, which will be topped with a clean black metal fence to finish it off right. Tight lot, limited access, and working around existing conditions—this is where attention to detail matters.

The home itself is nearly complete, and it’s coming together exactly how we planned—efficient layout, clean finishes, and a design that fits the neighborhood without blending in.

🚧 Progress Update! 🚧

Things are coming together beautifully on this 3 bed, 2 bath rancher that will be coming up for sale soon! 🏡

✨ Cabinets are going in and the space is really starting to take shape.
🔥 We’ve also installed heated tile floors — a feature you’ll definitely appreciate on those cooler mornings.

This home is being built with comfort and quality in mind, and we can’t wait to show you the finished product. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to completion!

The federal government has introduced a NEW 100% GST Rebate for first-time homebuyers on new homes valued up to $1 million — for agreements signed on or after May 27, 2025.

Here’s what you need to know:
