Real Time Networks heads to Omaha next week for the NSA Annual Conference, June 8-11, Booth 409.

Sheriff's offices run on accountability. Every deputy needs the right gear, the right keys, and a defensible record of who had what and when. We help agencies replace clipboards, spreadsheets, and unsecured key boxes with one integrated platform built for high-stakes operational environments.

✪ AssetTracer:
➜ Evidence: chain-of-custody documentation from intake through court release
➜ Weapons: armory access control with deputy-level accountability and readiness audits
➜ Equipment: radios, less-lethal, body cameras, and shared gear tracked by deputy and shift

✪ KeyTracer:
➜ Fleet: patrol vehicle keys checked out fast, every transaction logged
➜ Facility: master keys, armory keys, and evidence room keys controlled by role and shift
➜ Reduced re-keying costs and a clear trail when keys need to be accounted for

Both systems connect through RTNConnect, so key data, asset data, and access events feed one audit trail and integrate with the systems your team already runs.

Stop by Booth 409 to meet Johnson, Hurley, and Murray. They'll walk you through live demos and the operational questions: compliance reporting, scaling across substations, and how the integrations fit into your current stack.

See you in Omaha!

Real Time Networks will be at the 2026 National Sheriffs' Association (NSA) Conference, Booth 409, June 8-11 in Omaha, NE.

Sheriff's offices run on accountability. Every weapon issued, every piece of evidence logged, every vehicle dispatched, and every radio checked out has to be tied to a deputy, a time, and a defensible record. We help agencies replace paper logs and disconnected systems with one integrated platform for managing keys and assets across the entire operation.

Stop by and see how KeyTracer and AssetTracer support your team:

➜ Evidence: Chain-of-custody documentation with a full audit trail from intake to disposition.
➜ Weapons: Armory access control and readiness audits, with deputy-level accountability for every check-out.
➜ Equipment: Issued gear, radios, less-lethal, and shared assets tracked by deputy and shift.
➜ Fleet: Vehicle key control that keeps patrol units moving and shift handoffs clean.

Visit Booth 409 to talk through your operation. We'll walk you through live demos and answer the hard questions about compliance, reporting, and how it all fits together.

See you in Omaha.

Most casino security teams have a tight grip on physical keys, because regulators demand it. But walk through any casino back-of-house and you'll find a much larger universe of high-value assets managed with almost no formal accountability:

➜ Security radios in an unlocked drawer
➜ Body cameras tracked on a paper log
➜ Cash counters accessible to anyone in the cage
➜ Panic buttons that may or may not get returned at shift end
➜ IT laptops handed off between rotating staff with no checkout record

Every one of these gaps creates measurable operational, financial, or compliance risk.
- An untracked firearm creates liability.
- A missing gaming calibration device delays floor operations.
- A panic button that was never returned means a housekeeper starts their shift unprotected.

The principle is simple: if an asset has value, financial, operational, regulatory, or safety-related, it deserves the same chain-of-custody rigor as a gaming key.

Our new guide walks through how casinos are closing this gap across six departments: Security, Cage, Housekeeping, Facilities, Incident & Evidence, and IT.

Real Time Networks is at IAPSC 2026 this week.

If you're heading to Chandler, AZ from May 11-13, stop by Table 8. We will be there to talk through how AssetTracer and KeyTracer help security consultants and their clients build accountability into gear, keys, and high-value asset workflows: who took what, when, and what was returned.

Whether you're scoping a new deployment, refining recommendations for a client, or just want to see what 20+ years of operational expertise looks like in practice, we'd be glad to connect.

Real Time Networks will be at the American Jail Association (AJA) Conference, May 16–20 in Milwaukee, WI.

Stop by Booth 336 to see how AssetTracer and KeyTracer give correctional facilities centralized control, full auditability, and 24/7 readiness across every shift.

In our live demo, we'll show how jails and prisons can:
● Know who took what, and when. Every check-in and check-out is logged
● Replace paper logs with a complete digital chain of custody
● Enforce accountability across shift changes
● Keep radios, OC spray, tasers, and keys ready, charged, and available
● Get alerts the moment a key or asset isn't returned on time

If you're working to tighten operations without adding complexity, this is worth seeing in person.

You've used RFID more times this week than you realize.

Tapping your credit card at the coffee shop. Scanning your transit pass on the way to work. Walking your dog with a microchip under their skin. Driving through a toll without slowing down. Even the anti-theft tag the cashier deactivates before handing you your shopping bag: all RFID.

The same technology quietly powers something much bigger behind the scenes: how organizations keep track of the equipment, keys, and assets their operations depend on.

A few examples from the industries we work with:

● Law enforcement: Officers' radios, tasers, and kit bags are RFID-tagged so every sign-out and return is logged automatically. Evidence rooms use the same approach to maintain a clean chain of custody.

● Corrections: RFID-controlled key cabinets ensure only authorized staff access specific keys, with a complete digital record of every transaction.

● Casinos: High-value equipment, radios, and master keys move through shifts with full accountability and zero guesswork.

● Healthcare: Nursing teams find equipment faster when every device is tagged, tracked, and tied to whoever signed it out.

● Higher education: Laptops, tablets, and AV gear circulate between students and staff with clear ownership at every step.

The thread running through all of it: better accountability, fewer losses, cleaner audit trails, and hours of manual tracking work returned to the team.

We pulled the full picture together. How RFID systems work, the eight measurable business benefits, and how to plan a deployment that actually fits your operations, in our RFID guide:

We had a busy first day at MODEX 2026!

We had some insightful conversations with warehouse, manufacturing, and supply chain leaders about the operational challenges teams face every day and how critical strong control and accountability over shared assets really is.

A major theme from Day 1 was the importance of visibility and accountability for use cases such as:

■ Zebra scanners, radios, and mobile printers
■ Facility, forklift, and fleet key management
■ Access to cages and restricted operational areas

When these assets or keys are misplaced, unavailable, or not ready for the next shift, productivity can quickly be impacted.

These conversations continue to reinforce the importance of:

■ Control and accountability
■ Asset and key availability
■ Operational efficiency

If you’re at MODEX for Day 2, come visit Real Time Networks at Booth A1728 for a live demo.

Looking forward to more conversations today.
