Responsibilities
• Prepare and assist shipping and receiving
• Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout plant manually or using powered equipment
• Check and weigh materials and products
• Sort, pack, crate and package materials and products
• Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers
• Clean work areas and equipment
• Follow safety guidelines at all times
• Ensure regulated and proper earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes and clothing are worn
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform other labouring and elemental activities
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• High school degree or equivalent educational experience; vocational school or trade apprenticeships a plus
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

Job Description
· Complete assigned work promptly
· Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to grasp requirements fully
· Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other materials according to measurements
· Build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items and installation;
· Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance;
· To be able scope, take measurements and travel required up to 30% and need to visit client site as needed.
· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
· High school diploma; or successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is required.
· Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
· Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation
· Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools
· Ability to read technical documents and drawings
· Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
· Good understanding of basic math
· Good physical condition and endurance

The Kitchen/Cabinet Designer is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. This position connects customers, using a consultative and listing approach. This role requires accuracy and detail while working in a fast paced environment. The designer provides quotes, assesses customers’ needs and completes sales all while helping customers realize their dream cabinets.

Responsibilities:
Engaging customers and using 20/20 software to provide designs, product options and quote.
Working/Assist with the our manufacturer to finish the products.
Support the Kitchen cabinet department achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working in a sales driven environment.
Excellent reading, communication, math and customer service skills
Knowledge of construction and the ability to read blueprints and floor plans
Excellent decision making ability and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Kitchen and Bathroom cabinets along with design software experience is required (e.g. 20/20; AutoCAD)

Design, plan and review wall panel, truss, floor and etc by using MiTek
Produce truss plans, layouts, truss design drawings and truss quotes using your ability to understand blueprints and customer requirements for specific projects
Reviews orders, layouts, and data files to ensure the accuracy
Determine design specification based on blueprints and structural design needs
Review other designers work as part of a check system to reduce design errors prior to submitting paperwork to manufacturing
Communicate with sales staff and customers on technical aspects of plans which require clarification
Design and analyze wood roof trusses and LVL beams to meet all standards
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experiences in wall panel, truss and floor
Experience with MiTek design tools
Excellent communication skills
Attention to details
Able to multi-task and complete the project in a timely manner
Experience working on complex problem-solving projects is an advantage

Preparing and assembling roof trusses and wall
Using hand tools and power tools
Picking orders
Stacking lumber at saws
Assisting with the movement of semi-finished and finished product
Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to do physical work
High attention to detail
