Hometown Heating Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated HVAC Installer to join our crew! If you take pride in quality workmanship and want to be part of a company that values its people, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:
We’re looking for an installer who specializes in new construction HVAC installations — primarily residential homes. You’ll be responsible for laying out and installing ductwork, fittings, and equipment according to plans and specs.

What You’ll Do:

Install sheet metal duct systems for new residential builds

Work from blueprints and design layouts

Ensure all installations meet code and safety standards

Collaborate with site supervisors, builders, and other trades

Maintain a clean, professional work environment

What We’re Looking For:

1–3+ years of HVAC installation experience (new construction preferred)

Knowledge of ductwork, ventilation systems, and HVAC components

Ability to read blueprints and use basic hand/power tools

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

G2 Gas License or 313D/313A certification (an asset)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
