Summary:
To supplement our existing staff, we are seeking to engage a highly capable Civil Engineering Technologist for our Prince George office. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of Civil Engineering and Planning projects, including subdivision and commercial developments, municipal infrastructure projects, and resource developments. Using your considerable organizational, communication, and people skills, you will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed successfully and to high quality standards. Some of the daily responsibilities could be:
- Preparation of design drawing production for a variety of different projects
- Ensuring quality control of your work
- Communicating with clients and team members
- Working independently as well as in collaboration on various projects
- Conducting field reviews and reporting
- Completing topographical surveys and construction layout
Education Required:
- Graduation from a certified Technician or Technology program in either Civil Engineering or Geomatics Engineering
Experience Preferred but not Required:
- Experience with ACAD Civil 3-D.
- RTK_GPS survey skills.
- Construction Experience an asset.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, MS Office programs.
- Valid class 5 driverโs license
