A good part of the work Omineca does now happens on the US side of the border, and this show is where a lot of the people we already work with will be in one room.

Different backgrounds, different trades, years of experience between them. What stands out most when you're around this group is how well they work together. Nobody's watching over anyone's shoulder. People just know their part and trust the person next to them to know theirs.

That's not something you can fake on a job site. It shows up in how fast problems get solved and how little needs to be said to solve them.

It's part of why a lot of the crew has stayed with Omineca for ten, twelve, fourteen years. People tend to stick around when the work they're doing actually matters to them.

Mine sites don't leave much room for guessing. Everything gets checked, confirmed, and signed off before the next step happens.

We took the crew out on the water for a day.

No tools, no schedule, just everyone hanging out together. This is the same group that shows up to work every day, and honestly, it's a good group to be around.
