IMO 2026 is asking harder questions. Insurers want explainable decisions. And the CTOs are stuck between autonomous ambitions and proving the AI won't cause a $100M liability in international waters.

Building AceGuardian, we've faced a choice every safety-critical AI company faces:

Do we build for the demo, or do we build for the edge?

We chose the edge.

Last week, we took AceGuardian live on it's own deterministic AI consensus running entirely on dedicated hardware, zero external dependencies.

Not a cloud instance. Not a hybrid setup. A true air-gapped environment where the only variables are the ones we control.

The goal: Prove deterministic consensus works in isolation before we ever ask an operator to trust it with live assets.
