This Boler got a Brand new Frame and axel, this is a split floor so the main floor comes out with the Frame , we replaced the wood as well and Rock Guarded underneath,

We have seen a lot of Bolers come in and the frames that they’re on or we’re built do not have Steel support for the box underneath.

There are two different style Frames for Boler’s not just one that fits all.

Some Bolers do have a fibreglass box underneath, and as you can see without the proper Steel support around the box, it will damage the fibreglass and put a hole in it.
We see a lot of different people trying to fabricate Boler frames, but they are not adding the support for the box, for reasons unknown .

Please make sure you have this support if you have this fibreglass box underneath for the porta potty.

We just finished up on this cute little barking Boler, she does nail trims, cleaning the ears and much more. This Boler got a brand new frame, with a lifted axle. This was a split for design, so the floor comes out with the frame.
We had a new plywood for the base floor, and reattached her flooring.

Part 1
We just finished up on this 17 Foot Boler, we did a major Restoration including fibreglass repairs, took out the heater, the tub and toilet, sink , stove ,bed ,all the countertops and cabinets, water lines , roof vents , propane lines , water tanks etc… we did a full Restoration on the inside,All the fibreglass repairs have been completed. We have moved the stove and fridge to a different location so all holes had to be fibreglassed.
The floor we took out and installed a new wood subfloor, this is just PART 1 of everything that was removed and the condition it was in, stay tuned for PART 2 the full restoration on the inside. Coming Up Next!

This Frame was reinforced but you can see it has cracks , we strongly urge you ,don’t reinforce your Frame replace it .

The sweet little Boler got brand new front and back windows today, the customer was having a heck of a time trying to install them so he decided to bring it to us.we Cut brand new Lexan and installed with new Gaskets .
She’s all good to go!
