Larkaun Homes is currently hiring for an experienced class 3 (with air brakes) driver.
Applicants require a valid class 3 driver's licen and previous experience operating a 249D ski steer. We offer competitive wages and local jol (home every night).
Responsibilities:
- Maintain equipment in a safe operating condition
- Snow removal during the winter months (to b completed evenings, weekends or overnight)
- General labour as required
- Hauling materials to site
- Spreading materials on site
- Skid steer operation to complete pre/post grading and other requirements per projects

Full Time Finish Carpenter Required

Larkaun Homes is expanding their finish carpentry department. Desirable candidate will have the following qualities:

- In the apprenticeship program with a minimum of second or third year.

- Reliable

- Ability to read blueprints accurately.

- Ability to work individually and in a team environment.

- Clean abstract and valid driver’s licence.

Role Responsibilities:

- Basic and custom carpentry which includes base/case, machining of doors, handrail and railing, barn doors, etc.

- Materials take offs and ordering

- Paperwork and co-ordination with fellow employees
