Our big weekend is finally here! Our 11th annual Oilmans archery shootout for charity! We look forward to seeing all of you this weekend. This is a quick public service announcement.
Camping is now open and anytime today is fine. It’s on a first come first serve basis. Please listen to the parking attendant as we have to keep things abit tighter and more organized to fit everyone in!
Please don’t break any speed records down the gravel roads. All the neighbours don’t appreciate being dusted out with the traffic volume we produce.
Please register and get your envelopes at the registration tent. If you come in Tom morning, please come at least half hour before your flight time to make sure you get your stuff in time
Please gather in the main area and listen to announcement when you can head out onto courses. There is an added safety risk is people head out premature, even if we run behind and there is a delay in your flight time
There will be a limited amount of banquet tickets for Tom nights banquet dinner. Please buy at the merch and information trailer if interested. Don’t wait!
This shoot only happens because of our amazing volunteers! End of story. So please please be kind and give grace if any mistakes happen. Without them, there won’t be a shoot!
Bugs get a little thick in the evening, so bring spray!
No open fires! Please. Propane fire pits in camping area are permitted, but wouldn’t be very nice to leave the land owners with 100+ burn marks on their land. There will be community fire pit or pits that we can share and visit at in the evenings.
