Its that time of the year again! We're looking for local drivers! We will be busy till freeze up (Usually late November - Mid December) We've had many drivers in the past take time off for fall harvest, as it usually works well with our schedule. Looking forward to seeing your applications!

So in the last year things have changed a little bit, with the new crusher put together we have cranked up production quite a bit. We’ll also be branching into specialty products this fall, which will include all sorts of sizes of screened rock products from 1/2” all the way up to 3”.

At the end of June Paradis Pumpjack Maintenance came out and pulled off the pumpjack that’s been in the middle of the pit. This adds roughly half a million cubic yards of gravel to our inventory! Woohoo!

We’re happy to be a part of this wonderful project and live in such an incredible community!

The Hamlet of Spruce View has a new outdoor rink thanks to the efforts of volunteers and local community, including Spruce View Agricultural Society, Whitecap Resources Inc., Ebbesen Sand & Gravel Ltd., and Central Alberta Co-op.

Brent Ramsay, Red Deer County Councillor Division 5 expressed that “local volunteers play a huge role in helping support opportunities in Spruce View and across the County. We are so fortunate to have a community where people and local businesses offer their time, energy and resources to complete projects like the outdoor community rink.”

Thank you everyone for spreading the word!

Traffic Control / Landscaping position is ideal for summer students or someone looking to get into the construction work force.
They'll have the opportunity to run Skid Steers, Packers and other small equipment, and the right candidate may have the opportunity to be trained in heavy equipment. This position will also be aiding with culvert installations, road builds, as well as other miscellaneous jobs.
