This week I invested in something that doesn’t show up on a blueprint… but impacts every job site.
Our entire leadership team went through DISC assessment training alongside the team from .electrical.services
In construction, we talk a lot about systems, efficiency, and ex*****on.
But if you don’t understand the people running the system you’re missing the point.
Every leader is wired differently.
Every crew member is motivated differently.
Every conflict usually starts with miscommunication not bad intentions.
DISC helped us step back and ask:
• How does each person handle pressure?
• How do they prefer feedback?
• What drives them?
• What shuts them down?
When you understand how your people are built, you stop leading everyone the same way.
You start leading them well.
Strong teams aren’t built by accident.
They’re built by leaders who are willing to grow first.
