Our annual spring meetings brought together more than 250 field employees and operational support team members across 8 meetings in 5 operating stations. Focused on leadership, safety and hands-on equipment training, the meetings reinforced our Field Comes First mindset through meaningful face-to-face collaboration and practical learning opportunities.
