Hey everyone, it’s your local hot air balloon pilot. My name is W***y Taillon and I am a proud born and raised Hatter!!! As most will know, I began my pilot training in September 2020 and became a pilot in May 2021. I am excited to be part of the Rise Up festival team that brings this amazing festival to our community. I love sharing my passion with everyone as I fly the skies over one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world. I am biased, but I truly love our city and our community. In a few short years, I have travelled to many festivals and met so many experienced pilots, that I continue to learn from. Here’s to another great year for the fourth annual Rise Up Hot Air Balloon Festival.
