A remarkable career deserves recognition.
After 33 years with Westridge, Dave Labbie has announced his retirement, bringing an incredible 53-year career in the construction industry to a close.
Over the course of his career, Dave has left an incredible mark on our company. Beginning as a Superintendent, he successfully led some of Westridge's most complex and challenging projects. Through his leadership, experience, and commitment to excellence, he later became our General Superintendent, providing guidance and support to our field operations team while also serving as a trusted resource and mentor to our office staff.
Dave has been a trusted leader, mentor, and friend to many throughout his career. Whether managing challenging projects in the field or providing guidance and support from the office, he has always been someone people could count on.
His experience, dedication, and willingness to share his knowledge have helped shape generations of Westridge employees and contributed significantly to the growth of our company. Dave's influence can be seen not only in the projects he helped build, but also in the leaders he helped develop.
As we look back on Dave's career, we're sharing a few of the projects he helped lead. Each one represents a small part of the lasting contribution he has made to Westridge and the communities we work in.
