Another new build 4-plex exterior completed🏠👏

This was a complete exterior package, including James Hardie siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, vinyl decking, and shingles — giving the building a clean, durable, low-maintenance finish from top to bottom.

A great-looking finished product and another project we’re proud to be part of.

Another project wrapped up!

We recently completed the suspended ceiling installation on this space, helping give it a much cleaner, brighter, and more finished look.

It’s always satisfying seeing a ceiling grid and tile system come together and completely change the feel of a space.

On to the next one!

This one was a major structural repair.🏠🔨

The exterior wall had pulled away from the house roughly 10”, and the trusses in the centre of the home had sagged and snapped down approximately 18”.

We opened everything up, brought the wall back into place, repaired the damaged framing and trusses, and returned the structure back to its original state.

This is the kind of work that gets covered up in the end, but it’s what makes the finished product safe, solid, and built to last.
