6 "who knew" but "we should all know facts" for getting a fence done right.
1. Make sure your contractor is digging a post at least 3 1/2 feet deep this makes it go before the waterline so your post will not push up over time due to water freezing and contracting.
2. Make sure they use only concrete - not a gravel concrete mix to reduce costs.
3. Make sure the boards are the right legal thickness for a fence - especially with the crazy weather we have been having.
4. Read your contract carefully - most times a contract only covers 2 posts and they will charge more for additional posts.
5. When you get a contract from me - I point out all the little details and provide quality workmanship.
