THE MCKENZIE GOLD PROJECT

Puma's 42,053 ha McKenzie Gold Project is easily accessible via paved highways and gravel roads. It lies just 7 km west of the Company's Williams Brook Project, which is optioned to Kinross Gold Corp. The project straddles the McKenzie Fault, a prominent regional structure associated with numerous occurrences of high-grade gold quartz veins, stockworks and breccias. Puma has confirmed two significant gold systems at McKenzie: the RIM Gold Vein and the Grog Area, approximately 30 km apart, and has identified more than 75 surface targets across the large land package, demonstrating the project's district-scale potential. Puma's fully funded 2026 surface exploration program at McKenzie was launched in May, with two field crews deployed full-time to advance exploration.

Puma Exploration Announces Trenching at McKenzie Gold Project to Define Drill Targets ⛏️

Puma Exploration is pleased to announce that mechanical trenching is underway at its McKenzie Gold Project in Northern New Brunswick. This fully funded program follows a summer campaign of prospecting, geological mapping, and high-resolution drone magnetic surveying across the property. It is designed to advance the best targets towards drilling.

At the RIM Gold Zone, Puma is expanding surface exposures around the mineralized vein system following its inaugural 2026 drilling program, which confirmed the continuation of gold mineralization at depth and along strike, with grades of 1.64 g/t Au over 7.75 m, 1.01 g/t Au over 10.40 m, and 0.35 g/t Au over 17.20 m

Recent trenching south of RIM has exposed additional quartz and extension veins, locally associated with oxidized sulphides

Trenching is also beginning at Grog Gold Zone and will progressively test priority targets generated from the 2026 prospecting, geological mapping, historical data and the newly completed magnetic survey. The objective is to define and prioritize the upcoming fall/winter drilling focused on RIM, Grog and at least one additional advanced target.

Puma Exploration Announces Results of its AGM

Puma Exploration is pleased to announce results from its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on Thursday, August 27 at 2 pm EDT via live webcast. A total of 78,584,906 common shares were voted at the AGM, representing 38.8% of the outstanding common shares of the Company.

ABOUT PUMA EXPLORATION

Puma Exploration is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on identifying and developing a pipeline of precious metals projects in New Brunswick, near Canada's renowned Bathurst Mining Camp. Puma has a long history in Northern New Brunswick and has developed a strong understanding of the region's geology and mineralized systems. Through this expertise, Puma has built an impressive portfolio of prospective gold landholdings strategically located near roads and infrastructure in northern New Brunswick, including the Williams Brook Project (optioned to Kinross in 2024) and the McKenzie Gold Project. Both are located near the Rocky Brook Millstream Fault ("RBMF"), a major regional structure formed during the Appalachian Orogeny and a significant control on gold deposition in the region.

Through its DEAR corporate strategy — Discovery, Exploration, Acquisition, and Royalties — the Company has built a partner-funded, equity-leveraged exploration portfolio designed to preserve shareholder exposure to multiple discoveries while limiting dilution.

Puma maintains exposure to several assets, including the Williams Brook Project; equity positions in Canadian Copper and Raptor Metals; its 70.48%-owned Murray Brook Minerals subsidiary; and a portfolio of NSR royalties. This structure provides Puma shareholders with exposure to multiple 2026 catalysts as the Company advances its discovery pipeline at McKenzie.

Puma Exploration Completes 2,800 Line-Kilometres of Drone Magnetic Surveys

Puma Exploration is pleased to announce the completion of six high-resolution drone magnetic survey grids totalling 2,799.9 line-kilometres across its McKenzie Gold, Jacquet River and Caribou East projects in Northern New Brunswick.

The six datasets provide consistent, high-resolution data for Puma's regional geological compilation. Combined with mapping, geochemistry, historical work and known mineralized trends, the surveys will help the Company identify potential continuities and extensions of its priority gold corridors and refine targets for upcoming exploration programs.

Pioneer Exploration Consultants Ltd. completed the fieldwork from June 23 to July 15, 2026. Consistent survey parameters were used across all six grids, allowing Puma's exploration team to compare and integrate the results on a regional scale.

More about the Summer 2026 Exploration Program at Williams Brook ⛏️

Kinross' Summer 2026 exploration program at the Williams Brook Gold Project was launched in May and included prospecting, geological mapping, trenching (Test Pits), soil surveys, and a magnetic geophysical survey.

The fieldwork was prioritized by the need to renew the claims and by the prospectivity of the areas. The exploration focus became increasingly concentrated on the highest-quality targets, with the Jaguar Gold Zone emerging as the target warranting follow-up drilling.

The exploration program to date has successfully refined several high-priority drill targets and demonstrated a large, multi-kilometre hydrothermal alteration system. Results from the program are pending and will be announced when received.

The three field crews will continue to explore the Williams Brook Project until September. Additional drilling may be added according to the results of the current program and the budget.
