We're hiring Welders in Rocanville, SK! 🔥🛠️

Goodman Steel Ltd. is looking for skilled Welders to join our team. If you've got 2-3+ years of experience with steel fabrication and welding techniques, and take pride in doing quality work safely — we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:
✅ Identifying & welding different types of steel
✅ Operating equipment like cut-off saws, iron workers, hydraulic presses, shears, torches & plasma cutters
✅ Fabricating and fitting both small and large assemblies
✅ Inspecting materials and finished product to meet spec
...and so much more to lead to a fulfilling career in welding!

What we're looking for:
🔹 2-3 years' experience in steel fabrication/welding
🔹 Strong English communication skills
🔹 Familiarity with CWB Standards
🔹 A safety-first mindset

Goodman Steel is looking for an experienced Mechanic to join our team in Rocanville!

You'll maintain and repair heavy-duty mobile and manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot electrical issues, and help keep our shop running smoothly.
We're looking for:
✔️ 3-5 years of related experience
✔️ Red Seal or Journeyman Heavy Duty/Millwright equivalent
✔️ Valid Class 5 license (air brakes/Class 1-3 a bonus!)
✔️ Strong diagnostic skills

Our office is closed today so our team can enjoy the holiday, but you might catch a few of us still putting in work in the shop. That's the trades for you — the job doesn't always know what day it is!
