Their unwavering dedication to excellence is evident in every aspect of their work, consistently exceeding expectations and driving our operations forward with precision and finesse!
Bill Collicutt has been with us for eight years, but has operated pressure trucks and oilfield equipment for far more than that! His expertise as a dispatcher unparalleled. He expertly matches trucks and drivers to each job, and on our busiest days, he's also willing to jump in a truck and go!
Kelvin Mandelin, our shop manager, makes sure our mechanics have the parts they need to get their jobs done, he organizes out of shop appointments for our trucks, keeps record of tank and mechanical inspections ensuring our fleet is safe and up to date. He also works with Stacey as Safety Coordinator. Although he's been with Vistar for eight years he too has extensive industry experience, and is a huge asset to out team.
Keith Greenwood, another talented dispatcher, brings his wealth of experience with various equipment to the table, making him an invaluable asset. Handling calls around the clock with ease and professionalism. He'll set you up with the unit that best suits the job. When we're low on drivers Keith doesn't hesitate to jump in a truck himself and get the job done!
Bruce Ladd, has also been with Vistar for eight years of service as a dispatcher, leveraging his extensive oilfield experience to guide our team to success. Dispatcher is a title that often gets labeled as a job anyone can do. But that label could not be any further from the truth! The knowledge needed of all the areas our trucks go, knowing the equipment inside and out, knowing how to best instruct drivers who've run into issues or have questions, communication skills, organization skills, writing tickets, knowledge about chemicals and a whole lot more! It is not a job for the weak.
