Manish Prajapati is a seasoned Business Growth Leader with over 20 years of experience in Project Management, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship. He has led large-scale projects, including overseeing CAD 100 million developments at Hemkund Development Ltd. Manish's expertise spans from project planning and resource allocation to ex*****on, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and align with broader business objectives. His ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver under tight deadlines has been a hallmark of his career.

As a Leader, Manish has a proven track record of growing businesses and leading teams to exceed targets. At VI Auto Group, he played a key role in doubling the rental car division’s revenue and selling over 200 cars. His leadership approach is focused on fostering teamwork and driving results through strategic decision-making. At Noble Motors, his work in securing the President’s convoy order showcases his ability to lead high-stakes negotiations and close important deals.

Manish’s Entrepreneurial spirit has been integral to his success in launching and managing new business ventures and brands. From launching the "OXYRICH" water brand across Gujarat to generating significant business pipelines at Gujarat Metal Cast Ltd., his innovative thinking and business acumen have consistently delivered growth. With a Bachelor’s in Commerce with a focus on Marketing, he combines strategic business development skills with creative problem-solving.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Manish is committed to community service, actively engaging in social initiatives with various organizations.
