More housing for Esquimalt! GT Mann is constructing a new 6 story rental building at 640 Constance slated for completion this year. Minutes away from the bus, shops and the military base, this new build will have amazing views of the ocean and the lagoon.

With housing in such high demand in Victoria, it’s great to see the Rotunda, a new condo building, going up in the heart of James Bay, slated for completion in 2022. This 12 unit condo being constructed by Aryze Developments is in an ideal location – half a block from grocery stores, a 5 minute walk to all bus routes and 10 minutes to downtown.
