All five hot distillate tanks are complete and awaiting pick-up. These stainless steel tanks will be integrated into Mechanical Vapour Recompression (MVR) systems supporting water recovery and Zero Liquid Discharge at a semiconductor manufacturing facility.

This 100-gallon pot still will serve as the pilot system for a new distillery in Kentucky, helping the team develop recipes and refine their process.

Turning industrial wastewater into a reusable resource. 💧♻️

These five hot distillate tanks will be integrated into Mechanical V***r Recompression (MVR) systems supporting Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) at a semiconductor factory.

The treatment process recovers high-quality distilled water from concentrated industrial brines and separates salts into dry crystals—helping eliminate liquid waste streams and supporting water reuse.

These distillery fermenters are loaded and ready for delivery, with another group staged and waiting for the second trailer. Only 5,000 KM until they reach their forever home. 🛣

Ready for the road. 🍻🚛

Another batch of brewery fermenters and bright b**r tanks have been carefully loaded and are on their way to their new home in The Big Apple 🍎.

While every tank is built to provide reliable performance for many years, we also look at the tank design with consideration to both installation at the customers location and the actual delivery of the equipment. Ensuring we can optimize our equipment delivery by reducing the amount of shipping trailers can save our customers thousands of dollars.

We think about these considerations during the first conversation we have with our customer.

Another successful milestone reached! 🍻

Our 20 BBL automated brewhouse has successfully completed testing and is now being disassembled for shipment to its new home.

Seeing the brewhouse perform exactly as designed before delivery gives both us and our client confidence for a smooth installation and commissioning.

Next stop: final destination and startup.

Automation testing is underway on this 20 BBL brewhouse as we move one step closer to delivery to the customer.

Testing HMI functionality, valve sequencing, safety protocols, and more, every stage is thoroughly tested to ensure the brewhouse performs exactly as intended when it arrives on site.
