Beale & Inch Construction is looking for a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. With over 75 years of experience in heavy civil construction, we’re proud to build the infrastructure that keeps our communities moving—and we want you to be part of it.

What You’ll Do:

* Operate excavators safely and efficiently on civil construction projects
* Excavate trenches to proper grade and slope
* Work closely with ground crews to maintain production
* Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks

What We’re Looking For:

* Minimum 5 years of construction experience
* Strong knowledge of site safety and protocols
* Experience with grading (GPS experience is an asset)
* Team-oriented with strong communication skills
