We recently completed this strucural deck reinforcement. As you can see in the first picture the deck had about a 4" sag in the center. The beam was completely rotted out and the only thing providing support was the diaganol cedar siding.
We shored the deck with an aluma beam and a few structural shoring posts in order to safely remove the wall and beam. We installed a new 3 ply 2x10 beam with 4x6 posts bearing on piles. And added some lateral bracing for additional support.
The craziest part is that deck joists were all newer pressure treated lumber, so a previous contracter built this deck on the exisitng dilapidated foundation.

Call us for immediately for all you mould needs.

If you see any water stains on your walls or ceiling address them immediately. Water stains mean water is penetrating the interior structure of your home—and there’s enough there that it’s starting to seep through the drywall. Where there is moisture there is a very high chance for mould to grow, and once you’ve got mould, you’ve got a serious problem.

When cabinets are custom, a client can easily choose drawer and cupboard size & quantity, color, glass inserts, and depth size with additional choice of hardware, tile backsplash and counters.

We replaced a hallway closet/pantry working closely with the clients starting with a rendering and finishing with a bang on this custom coffee/wine bar. ✨️

This is only a glimpse into a recently completed cabin renovation. The wall paneling and tile ceiling were replaced with drywall and enhanced by new centered recessed lighting. New doors, new millwork, new hardware and new flooring were installed in neutral colours, highlighting the original log beams as the main feature. Small space, big impact. More to show...

We've been busy with all the mouldy jobs. And while they may not be social media worthy, the proper remediation and general rebuilds are business satisfying! Our team is efficient, highly knowledgeable, and experienced for these types of abatement projects. These photos are from numerous sites over the weeks, and the variation in how mould grows in homes is astonishing.
