For several years now, we’ve seen a competitor uses our innovations – particularly our SO-2512-SP single-operator de-icing vehicle – to attract customers under false pretenses.
They present our model as if it was their only to later steer the customer toward something else entirely.
🟠 But here’s the real question:
What interest does a competitor have in pretending to manufacture a product they don’t even offer?
The answer is simple: to mislead, confuse, and block access to real innovation.
Unfortunately, this tactic slows down the work of professionals who are looking for reliable, proven solutions.
The screenshot below, taken from the public Aero-Expo platform, shows our Snowy Owl models displayed next to renamed that do not come from us.
These misleading practices create confusion and undermine the trust in our industry.
We want to make it clear: Snowy Owl is the one and only manufacturer of these advanced, single-operator de-icing vehicles built for northern conditions.
Legal action is underway, but while procedures are ongoing, we urge customers to remain vigilant and verify the origin of any Snowy Owl product claim directly with us.
