🏡 Meet The Avondale — starting at $649,999.

What’s in a name? A little Newfoundland history. ❤️

Our Newfoundland roots continue to inspire our home designs. Avondale is home to the island’s oldest surviving railway station—a place that once welcomed passengers on their journeys and now preserves a piece of the province’s past.

Here at Collier Homes, The Avondale offers two ways to begin your next chapter:

✨ Avondale A — approximately 1,728 sq. ft.
✨ Avondale B — approximately 1,834 sq. ft.

Both two-storey designs feature three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a two-car garage, open-concept living and convenient upstairs laundry. Two different layouts, each offering a welcoming place to call home.

Explore both floor plans at collierhomes.ca or reach out to Kelly for pricing and available options.

It’s starting to feel like home. 🏡

Drywall is underway at one of our custom builds, and the spaces are beginning to take shape. You can now walk through and get a real sense of how the rooms will look and feel.
We love this stage of the build—when the plans our homeowners have spent so much time thinking through start becoming something they can see around them.

More progress to come! 🔨

Today, we’re sharing a floor plan with a name that carries a little extra meaning.

Collier Homes has roots in Newfoundland, and our floor plans are named after communities across the province — including The Gander.

On September 11, 2001, the small town of Gander, Newfoundland welcomed thousands of stranded airline passengers when flights were diverted following the attacks in the United States. In the days that followed, the community opened its homes, schools and hearts to complete strangers.

Today, as we remember the lives lost on September 11, we also remember the kindness, generosity and hospitality shown in places like Gander.

A small Newfoundland town that reminded the world what it means to take care of one another. ❤️
