Happy New Year everyone!
In light of the ongoing shutdown and the newest stay-at-home order, our office will be closed to the public. We are only available for emergency services of our existing installed units that are still under warranty.
If you believe your furnace is not working properly here are a few things you could try yourself before giving us a call...
- Check that all power sources are turned on (this includes the switch located next to the furnace)
- Check your furnace filter, change it if it appears dirty or has been a while since a new one was put in.
- In the case of snow, check the outside vents to see if snow is covering them
- Check/change the batteries in the thermostat
If you found any of these areas to be the issue, give the power the timeless 'turn off and on again'. If the furnace kicks back on again and works, great! If not, give us a call.
