Wolverine supports industrial turnarounds through detailed planning, work package development, resource forecasting, schedule management, fabrication support, and field ex*****on. By aligning engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and maintenance teams early in the process, we help clients reduce risk and improve schedule certainty.

Turnarounds involve thousands of moving parts. Equipment inspections, repairs, upgrades, tie-ins, and maintenance activities must all be coordinated within a limited timeframe. Delays in one area can quickly impact multiple work fronts.

Our integrated approach allows teams to identify critical path activities, pre-fabricate components, coordinate resources, and develop contingency plans before work begins. This preparation helps reduce downtime while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Whether supporting a focused maintenance outage or a large multi-unit turnaround, Wolverine's goal remains the same: maximize productivity, minimize downtime, and return facilities to operation safely and efficiently.

Long before we entered the nuclear sector, Wolverine was investing in the systems and certifications that would get us here.

Over the past four years, we've expanded our TSSA certifications for piping, pressure vessels, repairs, and alterations, achieved ASME U1 certification for pressure vessel manufacturing, maintained CWB certification, and built an ISO 9001 approved Quality Management System.

Each milestone strengthened our capabilities.

Together, they created the foundation that allowed us to take the next step into Canada's nuclear industry.

Quality has never been a checkbox.

It's how we've always done business.

It's how we're Fuelling Possible.

Community is strongest when people come together for a common cause.

Wolverine was proud to once again support the 6th Annual 5K For The Kids Run/Walk – The Colour Edition, helping raise awareness and support for the important programs and services provided by St. Clair Child & Youth Services.

Beyond sponsorship, members of our team joined hundreds of participants for a day filled with energy, laughter, and community spirit. Events like this create opportunities to make a meaningful impact while bringing people together in support of local children, youth, and families.

We are grateful to everyone who volunteered, participated, and helped make this year's event a success. Supporting initiatives that strengthen our community remains an important part of who we are.

Reliable facilities are built on consistent maintenance practices.

Wolverine's maintenance teams support clients through planned maintenance programs, emergency response services, shutdown support, mechanical repairs, piping modifications, structural work, and specialty services designed to keep operations running efficiently.

Preventive maintenance remains one of the most effective tools for reducing downtime and improving asset reliability. By addressing issues before they impact production, facilities can often avoid larger repairs and unplanned outages.

Our teams understand the importance of responsiveness, safety, and quality when supporting active industrial operations. Whether responding to an urgent repair or executing a planned maintenance strategy, our focus remains on helping clients maintain reliable and productive facilities.

Good maintenance doesn't just solve problems. It helps prevent them.

By bringing engineering, advanced 3D technology, project planning, and field experience together, Wolverine is helping clients identify challenges earlier, make better decisions, and move into construction with greater confidence.

It’s about seeing the complete project before the work begins; reducing costly surprises, improving coordination, and creating a more streamlined path from design through ex*****on.

One integrated team. Better information. Better project outcomes.

That’s a better way to build.

The future of engineering depends on creating opportunities for the next generation to learn, grow, and gain real-world experience.

This summer, Wolverine welcomed engineering co-op student Joey to the team, providing hands-on exposure to engineering design, software applications, calculations, and practical project ex*****on. Working with tools such as SolidWorks and Compress, Joey gained valuable insight into how engineering concepts are applied in industrial environments.

Programs like these do more than support students. They help build future industry leaders while creating opportunities for experienced professionals to share knowledge and mentorship.

Developing talent today helps ensure a stronger engineering and construction industry tomorrow.

Supporting the nuclear industry requires more than technical expertise.

It requires the right systems, processes, and quality controls behind every project.

We strengthened our quality management systems, developed new implementation procedures, expanded our documentation and traceability processes, and introduced additional controls for materials, purchasing, and quality records. Every system was built to meet the level of accountability expected within Canada's nuclear industry.

This wasn't about changing how Wolverine works. It was about proving that the systems and standards we've built over years of serving complex industrial clients are ready to support Canada's nuclear industry.

That's how opportunities are earned.

That's how we're Fuelling Possible.

Every so often, an opportunity comes along that changes the direction of a company.

For Wolverine, that opportunity is nuclear.

Canada is making one of the largest investments in nuclear energy in its history, and we're proud to be part of it. It's an opportunity to contribute to projects that will help power Ontario and Canada for generations while applying the same commitment to quality, precision, and accountability that has always defined our work.

As part of this next chapter, we've established a Nuclear Quality Assurance Program that is compliant with CSA N299.3-16, meeting the rigorous quality requirements expected within Canada's nuclear industry. It's an important milestone that reflects years of investment in our people, systems, and commitment to delivering work to the highest standards.

Over the coming weeks, we'll be sharing more about the work we've done to prepare for this next chapter, the standards we've achieved, and why we're excited about the future of nuclear energy in Canada.

This is an exciting step for our company.

It's another example of what Fuelling Possible means to us.

Accurate information is one of the most valuable tools available on any industrial project.
Through FV3D by Wolverine, clients gain access to advanced laser scanning, reality capture, digital modeling, and visualization technologies that help eliminate uncertainty and improve decision-making across every phase of a project. Using high-precision LiDAR equipment, our team captures millions of measurement points to create detailed digital representations of facilities, equipment, structures, and assets.
These scans can be transformed into point clouds, intelligent 3D models, virtual walkthroughs, as-built drawings, and construction verification reports that provide teams with a highly accurate understanding of existing conditions. This information supports engineering design, fabrication planning, clash detection, construction sequencing, maintenance planning, and asset management initiatives.
The value of accurate field data extends far beyond design. By identifying conflicts before fabrication begins, validating installation accuracy during construction, and providing digital records for future projects, organizations can significantly reduce rework, improve schedule certainty, and lower overall project costs.
FV3D is also helping transform how facilities are documented and managed. Teams can access measurements remotely, review assets without returning to site, and collaborate using shared digital environments that improve communication across disciplines.
As industrial facilities become increasingly complex, access to reliable data is becoming a competitive advantage. FV3D helps clients make informed decisions with confidence while reducing risk throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality is often associated with inspections at the end of a project. In reality, quality begins long before fabrication starts and continues through every stage of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Wolverine's Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams work closely with project stakeholders to establish clear requirements, inspection plans, documentation procedures, and verification processes before work begins. This proactive approach helps identify potential issues early and ensures every stage of ex*****on aligns with client specifications and applicable industry standards.
Through certified welding procedures, material traceability, non-destructive examination coordination, dimensional verification, and detailed documentation management, Wolverine maintains a culture where quality is embedded into the process rather than inspected into the final product.
The results speak for themselves. With a welding repair rate consistently below 1%, our teams continue to demonstrate the value of disciplined planning, skilled ex*****on, and continuous improvement.
For clients, strong QA/QC programs reduce project risk, improve schedule certainty, minimize rework, and help ensure assets perform as intended throughout their lifecycle.
Quality isn't a milestone. It's a commitment that exists from the first drawing to final turnover.
