If you’ve been saving “ensuite inspo” to your “new build” pin board in your downtime…we think you’ve got great taste in hobbies.

But we also don't want you to make the mistake of waiting too long to actually start. So here's our honest advice on timing…

🔨Think about who you want to work with, and reach out to get an idea of timeline. Quality builders with skilled teams aren’t usually taking on unlimited projects.

🔨You’ve heard this before, but costs are unpredictable and they don't trend down. The build you're pricing in your head today will cost more the longer you wait. Get your pricing locked in sooner than later.

🔨A custom build is at least a 9-12 month process, and that's after the design phase. The sooner you start, the sooner you'll be doing your morning skincare routine in that dream ensuite of yours.

At the end of the day, there's no perfect time. But being informed and understanding the process is never a bad move!
