Dear Valued Customers and Suppliers,

I’m very pleased to let everyone know we are once again open and operating.

We now have a building full of equipment, racking, and our team, which has made it a lot easier to sleep at night. Our climb is by no means done, but this is sure a good base camp!

The racking continues to be filled with incoming product, which allows us to offer materials the same day, which is always what we’ve strived for. We may not yet have the stock we once had, but we do have the essentials covered.

Although not yet back to the capacity we were before the setback, we are scheduling and cutting with our CNC router, as well as our laser cutter/engraver.

Acrylic fabrication is geared up even better than before with new and improved equipment. We see huge potential for this department and are very excited to see it grow.

Our thermoforming department continues to be a top priority to bring back. This area has brought a few more challenges than the others, but we fully anticipate its return. As for a timeline, unfortunately, we’re not exactly sure, as there are some variables outside of our control and as such aren’t in a position to say just yet. Rest assured, as soon as we have an update, we’ll be sharing that to everyone.

The remains of the building have been removed, and a clean slate is now our canvas. The planning has begun on the new plant, which we’re very excited about. We do not yet have a timeline to offer, but we’ll be very excited to share that when one becomes available.

May 7th, 2025, will live as a dark day in WD’s history. However, the days that followed have shown to be some of the best our team has put together. We can’t begin to say how thankful we are for our many wonderful customers, suppliers, friends, and family. If not for the support from each and every one of you, it’s safe to say we wouldn’t be to the point we are today. With that, on behalf of all of us here at WD, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and look forward to continued partnerships with everyone.
