WE'RE HIRING AGAIN!!! Bow Group of Companies is currently looking for a Site Supervisor for an upcoming project in Regina, SK.

JOB SUMMARY:
Our site supervisors are key members of the leadership team, reporting to the operations manager, and will play a critical role in project planning and success. The site supervisor is responsible for the full scope of managing their respective job site. The site supervisor will be the leader on site. They will help read blueprints, navigate staffing and help with the overall flow of the project. This is a full-time role based in Regina, SK.

QUALIFICATIONS:
8+ years of drywall trade experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
* Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
* Allocate general and daily responsibilities
* Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
* Ensure staffing and resources are adequate
* Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
* Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
* Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
* Resolve problems when they arise
* Report on progress to managers, engineers etc
* Order and organize material shipments

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
* Must be able to read structural and architectural blueprints
* Understand how to do layouts, fire ratings, fire separations, board, mud, tape, steel stud framing, and T-bar.
* Good communication skills
* Problem solving ability
* Very organized and can handle paperwork
* Good computer and technology skills
* Safety tickets such as WHMIS and lift tickets. Other safety tickets are an asset
* Reliable
* Able to lead others and hold others accountable
* Reliable transportation
* Trustworthy
* Aptitude in math
* Good problem solving abilities
* In depth knowledge of construction workflow and how to work with other trades

BOW Group of Companies is a well renowned and respected walls, ceilings, and paint contractor in Western Canada. The business has been operating for 6 years and has expanded rapidly. Bow Group of Companies is currently looking for the following experienced employees and/or subcontractors/piece workers to join our team for multiple commercial projects across Saskatchewan and Manitoba:
• Steel stud framers
• Boarders
• Tapers

Applicants must supply their own basic hand tools. Specialty tools will be provided. Required PPE includes hard hat, steel toe boots, high visibility safety vest and safety glasses.

Preference will be given to applicants who have current safety certifications in:
• Fall protection
• Arial lift awareness
• WHIMIS 2015.
