💰 $20–$25/hour (based on experience)

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Building and assembling fiberglass products
• Working with composite materials (we’ll train the right person)
• Using tools, equipment, and machinery
• Keeping your workspace clean and safe
• Making sure everything leaving our shop meets high-quality standards
👊 Who We’re Looking For:
• Reliable, shows up every day, on time
• Hardworking, not afraid of physical work
• Takes pride in doing a job right
Experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
If you’ve worked in:
• Construction
• Manufacturing
• Automotive
• Trades / labour
-you’ll likely pick this up quickly.
Assets (but not required):
• Fiberglass experience
• Spray gun experience
