March is looking forward to participating in the First Nations Nuclear Supply Chain Readiness Workshop & Networking Event. This two‑day gathering is an important opportunity to support awareness, capacity building, and early supply‑chain engagement between First Nations‑owned businesses and key players across Canada’s nuclear sector. At this event, we are also proud to be showcasing our new medallion lanyards which have been beautifully handcrafted by skilled beading artist Christina Lindskog from the Lac La Ronge Indian Band. These medallions symbolize the meaningful relationships with Indigenous Nations and our commitment to working together toward mutual prosperity. We’re honoured to carry this artwork with us as a reminder of the partnerships, trust, and shared future we continue to strengthen.

This past weekend, our corporate holiday party brought together team members from across Canada for an unforgettable evening of connection and celebration. We were thrilled to host this special holiday celebration within our new corporate office space. The theme? Casino Night—complete with games, prizes, and plenty of laughs. Add in delicious food and great company, and it was the perfect way to celebrate the year!

It was great to take time to connect with, and celebrate the incredible people who make our organization thrive. Here’s to more shared moments and continued success!

Today, we pause to listen to the courageous voices of those who share their experiences with residential and day schools—stories that speak to the deep impact on identity, community, and tradition.

We also celebrate the enduring beauty of Indigenous art, culture, dance, language, and worldview. These expressions continue to thrive and inspire, reminding us of the strength and resilience of Indigenous peoples.

At March, we are committed to meaningful action by engaging in economic reconciliation everyday. In our new head office, we’ve taken steps to honour our Indigenous ownership and bring greater visibility to Indigenous people and Nations. These include:

🔸 Naming our boardrooms after Indigenous communities

🔸 Including the Plains Cree translation of our name on our building signage

🔸 Supporting local Indigenous artists by purchasing and displaying their pieces

These are small but important steps in our journey toward reconciliation and visibility.

After 26 incredible years in our previous location, last week we celebrated the grand opening of our new corporate office in Saskatoon. This move marks a powerful step forward for our company, blending legacy with our continued growth and innovation journey.

We were deeply honoured to have Wanuskewin Heritage Park open the celebration with a powerful ceremonial dance performance, along with inspiring remarks from the Lac la Ronge Indian Band Chief Tammy Cook-Searson, Kitsaki Management Limited Partnership CEO Ron Hyggen, March's Board of Directors Chair Mark Fracchia, and our President & CEO Ritu Malhotra, Ph.D., P. Eng., ICD.D.

We are grateful to our clients, partners, and collaborators from the mining, energy, industrial, and Indigenous infrastructure sectors who joined us in celebrating this moment. Your support and collaboration continue to drive our success and inspire our innovation.

As renovations wrap up in our new space, we’re proud to unveil the first new piece of artwork to grace our office walls — a meaningful land acknowledgement. Positioned prominently between our Lac la Ronge, Woodland, and Waskesiu meeting rooms, this piece reflects our ongoing commitment to honouring March’s Indigenous ownership and supporting truth and reconciliation.

March is a proud member of the Kitsaki Management Limited Partnership Group of Companies, and we deeply value the relationships we’ve built through health and community initiatives with Nations across Saskatchewan.
