A bird’s-eye view of the progress at our large-scale multifamily project at 49th Battalion in Edmonton.

Building 3 is nearing completion, while Building 4 is making great progress toward its early 2027 completion. It’s exciting to see the next phases of this community taking shape.

Projects of this scale don’t happen without incredible planning, coordination, and craftsmanship. Proud of the work our team and trade partners continue to deliver.

👏 A 5 week job completed in 5 days! 💪
What was expected to take 5 weeks was completed in just 5 working days at our 4th building at 49th Battalion Apartments in Edmonton.

Through dedication, teamwork, and long hours, our team and trade partner achieved something never done before — completing the entire building’s Gypcrete topping in just one week!

🏗️ 135,000 sq. ft. of topping poured
🛠️ 33,760 bags of sand
🛠️ 6,765 bags of Gypcrete
💧 276,340 litres of water
✅ Completed seamlessly with no leaks across any floors

This achievement marks a first for both our team and our trade partner, Brahm-Crete in Edmonton.
