Before and after doesn't get much better than this. 🏡

This home on Salt Spring Island just got a full standing seam metal roof, and we couldn't be prouder of how it turned out. Standing seam is built to handle everything this coastal climate throws at it, wind, rain, and years of weather, without missing a beat. This barn in Cobble Hill was well overdue for a new roof, and we think it turned out pretty great.

We installed a 12" snap-lock standing seam metal roof with clean lines, tight seams, and built to handle whatever the island weather throws at it. The blue material in the before photo is a synthetic underlayment, a waterproof barrier that protects everything during installation and adds an extra layer of protection for the life of the roof.
