With over 15 years of experience in industrial operations, leadership, and risk management, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven ability to navigate complex environments with confidence and precision.

His career began in the Australian Defence Force, where he served in Special Operations as a Tactical Communications Specialist and Combat Radio Operator—roles that demanded critical thinking, advanced technical expertise, and unwavering performance under pressure. These values continue to guide his approach to customer service and solution delivery today.

Now stepping into the Technical Support and Support Representative role at Integrity Products, Matt leverages his field experience and client-focused mindset to support our customers. Having led rope access teams and managed high-risk industrial projects across Canada and Australia, he offers real-world insight into our clients' challenges, making him an asset in identifying needs, offering tailored solutions, and building long-term partnerships.

The Integrity Products & Supplies Inc. team has had a busy and exciting few weeks, and we’re loving every minute of it!

Last week kicked off in Calgary, where Ahmad, Graham, and Vanessa celebrated Ahmad’s achievement in receiving a prestigious engineering award from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) for his groundbreaking work in pipeline innovation and CUI mitigation.

From there, Ahmad headed to Phoenix for the National Insulation Association (USA) Annual Summit, where he actively participated in committees and delivered a standout presentation on Thermal Insulation Performance Outlook—highlighting the future of insulation efficiency and system optimization.

Next, San Francisco for the API - American Petroleum Institute Summit, continuing our commitment to advancing asset protection and connecting with industry leaders across North America.

Meanwhile, Chad Hummel and Dick are on the ground at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston. While exploring new opportunities in offshore applications, they also had the chance to connect in person with Paulo from ThermoFlow Soluções Industriais , our Brazilian Distributor, further strengthening our global partnerships.
