Twenty years ago, TerraPro started with a simple idea: work hard, treat people right, and build something that matters.

Looking back, I’m not most proud of the projects we’ve completed—I’m most proud of the people we’ve built it with.

To our employees, clients, and partners, thank you for believing in us.

To the families behind TerraPro—thank you. Our spouses carried the load at home while we were in the field, and our kids sacrificed time with Mom or Dad. You helped build TerraPro just as much as we did.

As a leader, I know I haven’t always gotten it right. I’ve made mistakes, and we’ve learned together. But one thing has never changed: we’re family.

For many, TerraPro has become more than a workplace—it’s a community, a place to belong, and lifelong friendships.

From my family to yours, thank you for an incredible 20 years. Here’s to what’s next.
