You saw the bathrooms and master bedroom from phase 1 of this renovation in Sherwood Park.

Well, phase 2 of this home remodel is done. Upgraded flooring, trim, wall detail and railings. Out with the old golden oak trim, railings doors and details and in with the new solid doors, trim detail and maple and iron railing. 2 more phases to go in this staged renovation that’s allowing the family to stay in place during the modernization.

Before and after. This bathroom was a designer’s nightmare! A room within a room, angled walls, you had to shuffle sideways to get to the toilet.

Remove the walls, open the space, brighten things up and you have a bathroom that is welcoming.

The best part about this one was the 5 year old (and her sister) drew us a picture for our fridge (it was a picture of cheese with a slice taken out of it - we’ve never gotten a picture of cheese! 😀) and she said ‘thank you for making us a beautiful bathroom!’

It was a great way to end this project!

Want to completely change the look and feel of your bathroom? Do you have an awkward layout or wasted space?

We love the difficult jobs, the jobs that require extra thought or attention to detail!

This bathroom had a very odd layout. We moved the toilet, found some wasted space in the toilet alcove and created a welcoming shower with a bench so the owners can sit and soak up the hot water on those long, cold winter days!

Got a very nice review from Martin. We just finished a major renovation for Pat and Martin including new baseboards, trim, doors, master bath and kitchen. The products they chose were very nice and we think the final result is awesome!

Pat and Martin were dream clients and we thoroughly enjoyed working with them to update their home.
