So now that the Oakland project is complete and has been sold! We’ve moved on to our next project in Simcoe. We were planning on turning this house into a duplex, but we decided to keep it as a single family home instead. This house is getting a complete remodel from a new open concept kitchen, south cost hardwood, 2 new bathrooms and an additional 4th bedroom/den. There is going to be no stone unturned on this project. If anyone is looking for a beautiful home in the Simcoe area feel free to reach out because this one will be gone just as fast as our Oakland project! ✌🏽 and Happy Canada Day weekend!!!

Now that all the framing, electrical and HVAC Rough-in is done, we were able to get the spray foam guys in today and ahead of schedule!! (Only by a few days 😂 but that also puts drywall ahead as well!) Starting to get very excited as we’re getting closer to finishing off this beauty 🙌🏼

I’m lacing up for the Brad May Celebrity Hockey Classic for Easter Seals Kids in Oakville on December 02, 2022, at Sixteen Mile Sports Complex. I am supporting this cause to help the 20,000 kids in Ontario living with physical disabilities to bring them independence, acceptance, and to send them to camp!!!!!It’s a fun 3-game tournament where we play alongside former NHL greats and it’s all for a great cause!!
