Our build on Otter Point has seen some big progress with framing set to wrap up next Wednesday! It’s pretty nice to have the opportunity to be at this stage of the build in the summer. As it seems we have been at this stage on all of our other projects over the years right in the middle of winter. Really looking forward to seeing the build come together in the next couple months

We are a couple weeks out from getting photos of the home we worked on through the winter. This home is being built in two stages. The left hand side which will be a seperated with the glass breeze way has been completed and is a 2 bedroom home that will serve as an in-law suite in the future, this home was designed too grow with the family that lives in it. Stage two can be added to the home with almost no extra work to the first structure. The services are all sized for the full-size home and everything is buried where it needs to be to be uncovered and connected. This makes future construction more affordable. With this style of staged build, clients can build what they can afford gain the equity and build the rest once they can afford to compete the home. The company has been so busy lately posting our projects on social media has been low on the priority list but with some big progress on all of our jobs it’s time to share where things are at. Our sooke home build has been pushing forward at a great pace. With all of the ground work complete we are already working on framing !! In a few short weeks this home will framed up and we will be working on the next stages to have this home complete for the clients in less than 6 months from start to finish !

Here is a few photos of a large renovation we have had running in oak bay. We are renovating the upper floor of a multi million dollar home for a design company out of Vancouver, I’ve been waiting to take pictures as we have only really being working through a massive repaint with farrow and ball paint. Taking the home from some dark blues to a softer more modern double cream. Once paint wraps up, we have an extensive millwork installation happening and a list of other aspects I’ll be posting as we work through it

Window install is complete at our Shirley build ! With Wintegra windows being installed for the first time at one of our jobs we are very happy with the quality and finish of these windows. Some of them were large windows and required 4 guys to install. With being exposed on the wetcoast we have detailed these windows with true care. Looking forward to seeing the finished space !

Here are some final pictures of our smallest addition yet but one that transformed the home in a big way. Watch the reel to see all the stages from the very beginning. On this project we built an entryway onto a lake house to create space for the clients large family to store their shoes and jackets and allow for the home to have a better flow. The small addition changed the entire lower floor and what the client could do with the space. We built a new laundry room, sauna, large lake front deck and a bunch of other tasks like hardwood flooring ect. This home was challenging as the whole home was in a sensitive ecosystem and required variances and extensive planning to get approved
