The conference brought together industry leaders, training organizations, vessel operators, government, and workforce development experts from across the country to explore real solutions for a sustainable and competitive marine labour market.
With representation from coast to coast to coast, we were honoured to contribute to the conversation on how collaboration, innovation, and inclusion can help shape the next generation of Canadian seafarers and marine professionals.
