🔑 We could not be more excited to hand over the keys to T & C for their new custom walkout bungalow in Parkland County. We love building acreages in our community, but getting to build the next generation's home on original family farm land made this project even more special!

🎉 A huge congratulations to our amazing clients on taking possession of their custom two‑storey infill, with a full legal basement suite this week!

P & C first came to us in the spring of 2024 with an extraordinary opportunity: a newly rezoned, city‑owned lot backing the River Valley in central Edmonton, paired with a fully custom floor plan they had poured their hearts into. Their vision was clear—create a quality home that supports multi‑generational living while embracing the unique landscape surrounding it.

This build brought a series of exciting challenges, from geotechnical slope study requirements to integrating a three‑level residential elevator, designing a completely separate legal suite, and incorporating thoughtful accessibility features such as an exterior ramp and barrier‑free shower. The result is a truly one‑of‑a‑kind home that blends function, beauty, and long‑term adaptability.
