Downtown apartment renovation update! 🔨

Painting and flooring are now complete, and the kitchen is coming together beautifully.

We built custom white oak cabinetry, crown moulding, and shoe moulding, all sprayed in-house with a low-sheen clear coat. No glossy finish needed—we wanted the natural grain and character of the white oak to speak for itself.

Finished with quartz countertops, this kitchen is taking shape. The cabinet doors are currently being completed, and we can’t wait to install them and finish the look with a beautiful backsplash.

Downtown apartment renovation underway! 🔨

We completed a full interior tear-out, leaving only the bathroom, which was refinished three years ago.

All exterior walls were opened to allow for new electrical, plumbing, and insulation. The interior walls were removed to completely reconfigure the layout—eliminating the old galley kitchen and creating a brighter, more functional open-concept space.

Another deck build completed! 🔨

This compact 10′ × 10′ deck features a 6′ privacy wall for a more comfortable and private outdoor space.

We dadoed the picture-frame trim to secure the lattice, creating a clean, finished look with no visible fasteners.

Basement restoration complete! 🏠
A failed sump pump caused this basement to flood, leading to mould growth beneath the flooring and across the subfloor.
Our team completed a full restoration, including:
• Complete mould remediation
• New subfloor
• New flooring and baseboards
• New shower installation
• Fresh coat of paint
This basement is now clean, dry, and looking brand new again!
